Then in an act of total confusion
The Mayor pulls the plug on a transfer of
$2,129,730
He really has NO idea how to be fiscally
responsible and stops the transfer stating "that
we'll figure out another way of paying for these
school bills?
And of course the Mayor was missing from the
Meeting AGAIN!
The Money should be in the City's accounts from
tax bills.
